Front view of headrest buck. Middle area is supposed to be a depression area in the headrest to allow for head cushion foam. The perimeter of the depression area is not filled in completely (only half circle top and bottom) so one can view sheetmetal fit to buck. Same logic used on upper section of headrest so one can view from the back how the metal sits on the buck.

A total of 24 stabilizer hinge bracket pieces are need to make 12 hinge assemblies (6 per aircraft). The 24 pieces have been formed and are sitting in a row during filing.
